Screen Preview Area
We’re excited to introduce the highly requested screen preview feature in the NowSignage CMS! With the new screen preview, you can now see how your content will look on all your screens directly within the platform. Just click on any screen to access the new built-in player and get a clear view of the assigned playlist. This screen preview feature allows you to make adjustments easier and more intuitively, ensuring that your content looks perfect before going live.
You can also adjust the aspect ratio in the screen preview to match your display by using the toggle located in the top right corner of the preview. This ensures that your content looks perfect, no matter the display size or orientation. Additionally, the new screen view lets you manage your screen settings, schedule queue and widgets all from easy-to-navigate tabs, simplifying the entire process.
Updated Content Library
We’ve enhanced our content library with a more intuitive folder system, making it easier than ever to organize, search, and filter your image and video uploads. The new structure allows you to quickly find the content you need, streamlining your workflow and saving you valuable time.
Additionally, you can now upload content effortlessly by dragging and dropping files anywhere on the screen. This user-friendly feature makes it simple to add new content to your library, whether you’re at your desk or on the go. You will also be able to see which user is the owner of a piece of content making it easier to track who in your team uploaded certain assets.
