Overview:
NowSignage is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for our North America office. We are a fast-growing technology company that provides a digital signage CMS solution for businesses across all industry sectors. With a global presence, we are rapidly expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join us in driving growth and establishing market share across North America.
As our Technical Sales Engineer, you will harness your technical expertise and sales acumen to forge strong relationships with potential and existing clients, as well as developing and executing strategies to increase sales and expand our customer base. As the Technical Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team and technical staff to understand customer needs, provide technical guidance, and present tailored solutions. Your strong technical knowledge, combined with excellent communication and sales skills, will be essential in achieving sales targets.
Due to the recent success of large end-user win across North and Central America, this role will be dual-sided. With one hand, on an emphasis for new business sales, structured around delivering clear KPI’s and achieving performance based targets, while on the other hand providing a post-sales technical customer support to our customers and resellers across North America. For the first 6-12 months of this role, there will be a requirement for this role to offer 1st line support for customers in your local timezone, as well as play an active role in the support side of the organisation. As part of the support aspect of the role, you will help our customers overcome technical challenges, respond to support tickets, as well as advise and help them implement best practices.
Collaborating closely with the product development and marketing teams, you will bring valuable insights from the field to shape future offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry trends.

Responsibilities:
- You shall develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers with channel partners to expand US channel presence, and effectively communicate our value propositions to ensure NowSignage is top-of-mind for digital signage solutions.
- Operate as part of the sales team to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage your sales pipeline, and prospect new business opportunities to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, supported via the channel.
- Become subject matter expert on all features, services and ancillary technologies. You will actively engage with potential clients to understand their digital signage needs and align our product offerings to meet those requirements.
- As part of the pre-sales process, we expect you to conduct detailed product demonstrations or presentations, both remotely and in-person, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our solutions tailored to each prospective customer.
- Offer pre-sales support to assist with tender submissions and the successful implementation of proof-of-concepts
- We expect you to stay informed of market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to strategically position NowSignage as a leader in the digital signage space.
- You will collaborate with the ‘Customer Success’ and ‘Technical Support’ teams to ensure seamless implementation and satisfaction for our customers and key accounts post-sale.
- Conduct product training sessions as part of a post-sales onboarding and customer support process.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide insights and suggestions for product improvements.
- Maintain close relationships with key vendor and manufacturer partners within our ecosystem.
- Attend major and regional industry trade-shows and events to promote awareness of product
Requirements:
- You must possess a strong understanding of technical sales strategies specific to digital signage.
- You should have the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- We expect you to demonstrate proficiency in utilizing CRM software to track customer engagement and manage your sales pipeline.
- You need to show capability in developing tailored presentations that compellingly articulate the value proposition of our products.
- You must be technically knowledgeable, in order to competently respond to all queries regarding the features and functionality of the NowSignage CMS.
- We require you to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape relevant to digital signage.
- We ask you to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with the channel and key clients, ensuring their needs are met with our solutions.
- You must be able to identify new market opportunities and collaborate with the product development team to meet market demands.
