ABOUT COOKIES
A cookie is a small text file containing an identifier (usually a collection of letters and numbers) that are created and transmitted by the web server to the browser, and the persisted on the browser.
This identifier is sent to the server when the browser requests another page from the server.
Cookies can take two forms; either “persistent” or “session” cookies. A persistent cookie will be stored on the browser until it reaches its expiry age or the user explicitly deletes it. A session cookie is only stored until the end of the user session, which is the time until the user closes their browser; the cookie is then removed.
Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.
